About
Built by one person, in the EU.
Stedy is a small, focused product made by people who use it every day. No committees, no growth hacks — just software we wanted to exist.

Johan
Based in the European Union
I started Stedy because I was tired of stitching together five apps to manage the basics: tasks, meals, groceries, and money. It should be one tool, calmly designed, that respects how life actually works. That's what I'm building — in public, one update at a time.
Why Stedy exists
Most life apps are built wrong.
The productivity market is crowded with tools built for work-teams, then awkwardly adapted for personal life. They optimize for engagement metrics, not for actually helping you live. Stedy inverts that — it's a personal tool first, with optional collaboration.
Food, money, home logistics, and plans deserve the same thoughtful design as a kanban board. That's the core premise: build eight pillars of life admin, each first-class, all integrated, none watered down.
Stedy is in public beta. Free during beta. Built solo in the EU, hosted in the EU, under European data protection standards from day one.
What we believe
Three non-negotiables
Your data, your hands
Every piece of data you enter belongs to you. Export anytime, in open formats. We have no reason to hold it hostage.
Calm by default
No push notifications screaming for your attention. No streaks guilting you into logins. Software should fade into the background.
Cheap, not free — and honest about it
Every user costs us real money in hosting, email, and analytics. 'Free forever' is a promise nobody can keep without ads or data resale. Beta is free for everyone; after launch Personal starts at $2/mo and Pro at $6/mo. We'll always try to keep Personal affordable — and we commit to no ads and no data resale. Ever.
